By accessing or using EquFAUCET.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Site is not available to residents of jurisdictions where receiving cryptocurrency rewards is prohibited by law.

2. One Account per Person

Each person may maintain exactly one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts, including attempts to collect or withdraw multiple signup bonuses, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate-account abuse, account farming, shared identities, proxy use, or any other attempt to bypass this rule may result in immediate and permanent termination of all associated accounts, IP-based access bans, withdrawal denial, and forfeiture of all balances without compensation.

3. Prohibited Methods & VPN / Proxy Policy

Use of VPNs, proxy servers, Tor, residential proxies, data-center IPs, or any IP obfuscation tool while registering, logging in, claiming rewards, playing rewarded modes, redeeming codes, or requesting withdrawals is prohibited. Accounts or visitors detected using such tools are subject to immediate suspension, balance forfeiture, withdrawal denial, and IP-based access bans. This measure exists to prevent Sybil attacks and protect the integrity of the reward pool.

4. Virtual Currency | No Cash Value

DUCO and TRX balances held on the Site are virtual accounting entries managed by EquFAUCET.com. They do not represent a debt obligation or a stored-value instrument under any applicable financial regulation. EquFAUCET.com makes no guarantee regarding the market price, liquidity, or convertibility of any cryptocurrency. The Site is not a cryptocurrency exchange, money service business, or financial institution. You assume all risk associated with the market value of any cryptocurrency you receive.

5. Rewards & Level System

Rewards are earned through EquFAUCET site activity and any earning programs we explicitly enable. Payout amounts may be subject to bonuses based on your account level (see the Level System on the Site for details). EquFAUCET.com reserves the right to adjust bonus percentages, level thresholds, and reward structures at any time without prior notice.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum thresholds that vary by account level. DUCO withdrawals may be processed automatically; TRX withdrawals are processed manually and may take up to 7 business days. Withdrawals flagged by our fraud-detection system (including unusually large amounts, accounts with anomalous balance activity, duplicate signup bonus abuse, banned accounts, or banned IP addresses) will be held for manual review and may be denied if fraud is confirmed. Once a withdrawal is confirmed and sent, it cannot be reversed.

7. Fraud, Chargebacks & Account Termination

Any attempt to defraud the Site | including but not limited to using bots, click farms, VPNs, multiple accounts, manipulated browser fingerprints, repeated signup bonus claims, withdrawal abuse, or fraudulent offer completions | will result in the permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of all balances. EquFAUCET.com reserves the right to recover losses caused by fraudulent activity through all available legal means.

8. IP Bans, Access Blocks & Abuse Notices

EquFAUCET.com may block specific IP addresses or IP ranges from accessing the Site, APIs, dashboards, games, reward pages, withdrawals, or other services when abuse, fraud, duplicate-account activity, VPN/proxy use, chargeback behavior, automated traffic, or other Terms violations are detected. A banned visitor may be shown a plain access-denied page containing their IP address, the ban reason, a link to these Terms, and the notice: "You are not smart. You have breached the terms of service of EQUFAUCET. You are not welcome here."

For anti-abuse enforcement, EquFAUCET.com may use IP addresses, account records, browser fingerprints, cookies, session identifiers, request metadata, payout history, and similar fraud-prevention signals. Normal website traffic does not provide a visitor's device MAC address to EquFAUCET.com, and MAC addresses are not relied on for website IP bans.

9. Third-Party Earning Providers

If EquFAUCET enables third-party earning providers in the future, EquFAUCET.com is not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of those external offers. Any provider-specific disputes must be raised directly with that provider, subject to the provider terms in effect at that time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. EquFAUCET.com does not warrant uninterrupted service, freedom from errors, or the accuracy of any content. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EquFAUCET.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of crypto assets, profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the equivalent USD value of the rewards credited to your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will note the effective date at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
